One your order has been fulfilled, we estimate shipping to take between 10-14 days depending on your location.

We are working with a professional fulfilment partner based in Germany who pick, pack and ship all the orders. 

Our Fabric Masks are not medically approved, though fabric masks are recommended by most countries to be a suitable solution as they can act act as a barrier to prevent the spread of the virus from the wearer to others.

We have a direct relationship with production facilities in China, from producing merchandise for our past events. 

Our factory is fair trade and we have photos and videos of the Masks being produced at the factory, which we are happy to provide on request. 

De Light Management and Grounded Festival team members have been working on the project since the lockdown. Our core team consists of four people.

We also have two PR team members supporting us in both English and Spanish languages.

We are a small team and only have limited resources - but we are going to be working as hard as possible to ensure as many partners as possible have access to the site. However, depending on the volume of partner requests, it could 2-3 days for us to approve you. 

When you are approved, you will get a confirmation email. 

We have not seen any in the music industry using an open source way for people to generate revenue via their network. 

We are working on a solution to add a partner directory to the site. It requires some custom coding, so if we see that the project is taking off, we will invest money to add this feature. 

It's true that some artists and organisations at the top of the industry do make a lot of money. We didn't really create the project with those people in mind - if you can support yourself and your immediate network right now, then you should do that. 

Instead we hope that we can offer some financial support to the millions of industry workers and live event sector workers who are going to be out of employment for the foreseeable future. 

We know that some countries have more or less social security and that some people have been able to access grants. However we also know from experience that this is not enough to sustain everyone, so by creating products that anyone can get a link and sell we hope that we can help put some money into the industry. 

Many touring artists who are at a mid-level are currently facing a very difficult situation as they rely heavily on touring fees to cover their annual income and don't have a large amount of savings to get them through. 

It's also worth noting that even the bigger artists have huge support teams comprised of many industry professionals who they might not be able to support during this time. So in this case we really encourage big artists to use this as a way of selling something that people need in order to support those in their extended network, or to direct their support to another professional, artist, organisation or charity who is in need of support. 

As long as you clicked the link from the person you want to support, your purchase will be registered in their account. 

If you clicked a link from social media or in an article to get here, the likelihood is that the person or organisations link you clicked was indeed one of the affiliate links. 

If you have discovered the site organically and want to support someone, currently the best way to do this is: 

• Clear your cookies for the last 14 days
• Check social media posts with #MasksForMusic
• Choose one of the people or organisations posting about the campaign to support
• Click their link
• Make a purchase

The tracking code in the affiliate system is on a 'First Click' basis and is set for 14 days. So if you decided you want to support someone else and return to the site from another link, please remember to clear your cookies before you click the link.

At the moment we are offering partners the opportunity to donate proceeds from their share of the sale price to one other source. 

We wanted to make sure this is possible to encourage people to gift their share of the revenue to others, which we think is incredibly important. 

Ideally and if the project takes off, we will build a donation system into the partner system, which will enable partners to search for others in the directory and gift money to them directly. 

This would be ideal as it would then enable us to help each other even more.
