1. We issue refunds for Contracts within 14 days from the delivery.                         

No refund will be allowed once the original package has been opened.

Contact us ASAP for a refund, so we will know to hold your support fee from the artist/ organization. We will also direct you to our returns address. 

Return shipping costs to be paid by the customer. 

 

2. Due to the nature of our business and the fact you have chosen to support the global music industry, we would prefer not to offer refunds for purchased items.

Supporting an organization or person via a purchase of our Masks for Music Pack is a commitment to the global music industry. 

3. If you do not receive your item within the designated delivery period of 4 weeks, please get in touch with us and we'll help locate your order.
