Please be aware that there may be delays in delivery due to the COVID-19 outbreak which is impacting delivery time frames across the postal network.

This means that your order may arrive a few days after the expected arrival time. We kindly ask for your patience during this time, and please know we are working to ensure you will receive your order as quickly as possible.

If you do not receive your item within the designated delivery period of 4 weeks, please get in touch with us and we'll help locate your order. 

Shipping time: 2-4 weeks. should arrive within about 4 weeks .

Initial orders 3-5 weeks.

Refund Policy 

1. We issue refunds for purchases within 14 days from the delivery.                       
No refund will be allowed once the original package has been opened.

Contact us ASAP for a refund, so we will know to hold your support fee from the artist/ organization. We will also direct you to our returns address. 

Return shipping costs to be paid by the customer. 

2. Due to the nature of our business and the fact you have chosen to support the global music industry, we would prefer not to offer refunds for purchased items.

Supporting an organization or person via a purchase of our Masks for Music Pack is a commitment to the global music industry.
